How do I start a business with no money?

Start with a skill you already have. Find someone who has a problem that skill solves. Solve it. Charge for it. You don't need capital to start. You need a customer.

Most people think starting a business requires money. It requires value. If you can solve a problem someone has, you have a business. The lemonade stand doesn't need venture capital — it needs a customer who's thirsty.

Start as a service. Trade your skill for money. Document the process. Package the process into a product. Now you have something that sells without you. Build once, sell twice.

The internet removed the capital barrier. You can publish content, build tools, create courses, and sell digital products for $0 upfront. The only investment is your time and the willingness to ship before you're ready.

Step 1. Make yourself useful. Step 2. Make yourself scarce.
