How do I build a creator business?

Stop treating content as the business. Content is proof, distribution, and research. The business is the productized transformation behind it.

A creator business compounds when public output points to a clear paid outcome. The content proves you understand the problem. The product solves it. The audience is the byproduct of repeating that loop.

Start with proof of work. Publish what you know in a format you can sustain. Watch which ideas attract the right people. Turn the strongest recurring problem into a productized offer.

Do not build around attention alone. Build around transformation. A creator with a point of view, proof, and a product is harder to replace than a creator with reach.

Build distribution, then build whatever you want.
